Dr. Brandy Chapman Chiropractor in Spartanburg SC & Greenville SC

Over the last decade of practice, Dr. Chapman has created treatment protocols to handle the more difficult cases that are often refused by others such as those with spinal fusions, severe scoliosis, degeneration and arthritis and failed back surgeries.  Dr. Chapman and her team work with several groups of Orthopedic surgeons in the area as well as many other medical providers to co-treat back pain, sciatica and other conditions.

Dr. Hali Breedlove – Chiropractor

Dr. Hali Breedlove completed her undergraduate work at Charleston Southern University, where she played Division I soccer. She obtained her degree in biochemistry and continued on to study at Palmer College of Chiropractic located in Port Orange, Florida. Dr. Hali also continued her education with a post-graduate certificate in the Webster technique and is certified to work with pregnant women and children of all ages as part of the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association). When she is not working, you will find her at either the CrossFit gym or hanging out with her French Bull Dogs and family.

Melissa Garcia Front Desk Subervisor

Melissa Garcia – Front Desk Supervisor

Melissa was born and raised in Colombia and has resided in Greenville, SC for the past 16 years. She started working with Carolina Spine & Health in 2016 as a Back C.A./therapy assistant.  Today, she is the Front Desk Supervisor of our Spartanburg location. As a mother of one, Melissa enjoys educating each patient about their health and witnessing the before-and-after results when patients complete their plans. She takes pride in leading customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure the clinic is meeting the patient’s needs. Melissa’s mix of humor and professionalism supports a fun and healthy office environment for staff and patients alike!

Karen Bermudez Chiropractic Assistant

Karen Bermudez – Chiropractic Assistant

Born and raised in Pereira, Colombia, Karen graduated from the Technological University of Pereira majoring in Finance and Administration. In South Carolina, she excelled in sales and management before she brought her talents and education to Carolina Spine & Health. She loves to laugh, be outdoors, and spend time with her family, especially her son. Her favorite part of her career is seeing patients in pain transform for the better after their care. Karen, as the first smiling face you see at the Spartanburg office, hopes to use her skills to serve the Spartanburg community for a long time!

Elizabeth Klingensmith - Chiropractic Assistant

Elizabeth Klingensmith – Chiropractic Assistant

Though Elizabeth was born in the Detroit, Michigan area, she and her family moved to Boiling Springs, South Carolina to be closer to Sherman College because of their love of chiropractic. She graduated from Spartanburg Community College and Boiling Springs High School through the Spartanburg County Early College High School, earning her Associate of Arts before her high school diploma, both with high GPA’s. Elizabeth’s passion for both clerical work and patient care allow her to better serve the Spartanburg community with a smile. She now lives in Roebuck, S.C. where she enjoys spending time with her cat and her family. She brings a heart full of optimism to serve each patient’s insurance needs every day to Carolina Spine & Health.

 

Melanie Toro Chiropractic Assistant

Melanie Toro – Back Chiropractic Assistant Supervisor

Melanie was born in Cali, Colombia and moved to the United States at two years of age with her parents. She once resided in Queens, NY and Orlando, FL before moving here to South Carolina 14 years ago. Melanie graduated from Mauldin High School, all while earning her Cosmetology License and being in the beauty industry for 6 years. She is now attending the National Academy of Sports Medicine where she was recently certified to be a NASM Personal Trainer and currently waiting to complete her Nutrition certification and Weight Loss specialization.  Here at the clinic, Melanie is focused on helping others heal and serves as our Back C.A. Supervisor, leading the team of therapists putting you through your treatment protocols designed by the doctor. Melanie enjoys treating all her patients for their specific needs, but mostly, helping them improve their quality of life and witnessing the transformations.

Carolina was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, and quickly moved to Medellin, Colombia at the age of 4. Carolina is a Certified Makeup Artist who graduated from Nina’s Makeup Academy in New York City in 2019. Carolina enjoys traveling, photography, and all things beauty and health. She was introduced to chiropractic care due to a car accident & needed therapy and adjustments for her neck. Since then Carolina loves working for Carolina Spine and Health as a Back CA because she loves the bond she can create with all patients while assisting them to heal. 

April McEntire - Marketing Director & Events Coordinator

April McEntire – Marketing Director & Events Coordinator

April McEntire was born and raised in Spartanburg SC. She is a graduate of Chapman High School, class of 2003. Years later she obtained an associate degree from SCC in Business Management & Marketing in 2017. Shortly afterwards she started working at Carolina Spine & Health Spartanburg as the Marketing Director/Events Coordinator. She is the mother of a beautiful daughter and a handsome son. She also volunteers with a youth football organization called the Carolina Tigers Academy.  One of her favorite things to do is spend time with her large family on Sundays in the country after church.  April is also pursuing a career in Aesthetics to further skin health.

Caleigh Chapman - Massage Therapist

Caleigh Chapman – Medical Massage Therapist

Caleigh, a North Carolina native and former ski instructor, studied massage therapy at CVCC in Hudson, NC.  After graduation, she also obtained her certificate in Medical Massage Therapy(MMP) to enhance her skills for more complicated cases.  In her spare time, you will find her outdoors, enjoying hiking, kayaking, golfing and spending time with her fur baby, Ginger.

Levi Eckert – Senior Massage Therapist

As our senior massage therapist, Levi has been serving Dr. Chapman’s patients for over 7 years now. Born and raised in Berea, South Carolina, he attended Berea High School as well as Greenville Technical College where he received his Massage Therapy Certificate. Levi made the Dean’s list every semester while attending college, and now he has a long list of patients who have been following him for many years and exclusively request him. Levi married his wife Heather in 2016. They currently reside in Berea. Levi employs more trigger point therapeutic techniques and mobilization to treat acute and chronic muscle conditions for both short term relief and long term effects.

Keysha Jeter - Massage Therapist

Keysha has over 10 years of experience in massage therapy where her specialties are stretching and deep tissue. She made the Dean’s List at Virginia College where she earned her Associate of Science. A Chapman High school graduate, Keysha was born, raised, and is living in Lyman, SC where she has mothered two children. In her free time, she enjoys managing her homemade bath and beauty product business. As a previous car accident patient at Carolina Spine & Health herself, Keysha has an exceptional talent and dedication for caring for patients.

Charity Smith – Massage Therapist

Charity was born and raised in Lake City, South Carolina. She attended Greenville Technical College where she completed the Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork program in one year. During that year she also completed a semester internship at Clemson University specializing in deep tissue sports massage.  Upon graduation, she went straight into chiropractic care as she has seen that the combination of Chiropractic adjustment and massage therapy yields the best results. Charity enjoys helping others, and in her free time she helps conduct an after-school music program with kids at Spartanburg Prep.
