Over the last decade of practice, Dr. Chapman has created treatment protocols to handle the more difficult cases that are often refused by others such as those with spinal fusions, severe scoliosis, degeneration and arthritis and failed back surgeries. Dr. Chapman and her team work with several groups of Orthopedic surgeons in the area as well as many other medical providers to co-treat back pain, neck pain and other conditions.
Dr. Robles moved to the upstate for warmer weather and to attend Sherman College of Chiropractic. Since earning his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2011, Dr. Robles has treated patients throughout South Carolina from Greenville to Charleston. Dr. Robles is a multi-generational Chiropractor with two Uncles also practicing in the Upstate. Outside of patient care, Dr. Robles enjoys photography, hiking, kayaking, supporting the local arts and giving back to the community. He can also be found on any given beautiful day in the mountains Jeeping.
Dalia Urias – Office Manager
Dalia was born in El Salvador, moved to the US in 2008, and started working at Carolina Spine & Health in 2009. Her first position in the company was as a front desk assistant. She has worked every position from there up and now serves as Office Manager. In her free time, she likes to do outdoor activities, dancing, crafting, exploring new places, trying new food, and spending time with friends, family and her French Bulldog, Troy. Dalia enjoys educating the community, most notable in her co-hosting of our weekly live Spanish radio show featuring different topics to enhance knowledge. Her vast experience in dealing with all types of Insurance including automobile accidents makes her our patients’ biggest advocate!
Belem Gomez – Front Desk Supervisor
Belem was born in Oaxaca, Mexico but has been in Greenville, SC for most of her lifetime. She was introduced to chiropractic at a very young age due to motor vehicle accidents. Chiropractic impacted her life so much that she knew from the start she wanted to be part of this movement. Since then, her passion for chiropractic has only continued to grow. After graduating, she started as a Front Desk C.A. at Carolina Spine & Health. Now, she is the Front Desk Supervisor of our Greenville location. Not only has she grown in her career thanks to her compassion, excellence, and work ethic, but she now has a baby boy who received his first adjustment before the age of 1. She is hoping to keep chiropractic as a tradition in her family.
Arely Castillo – Chiropractic Assistant
Arely was born and raised in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. She moved to South Carolina in 2013 where she attended Hillcrest High School and studied Accounting at Greenville Technical College. She is the first smiling face you will see in our Greenville Office at the front desk and will help with all your scheduling needs. Some of her favorite hobbies are hiking, kayaking, and going on road trips. She loves working at Carolina Spine and Health because she likes to help others.
Vanessa Deleon – Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant
Vanessa was born and raised in San Salvador, El Salvador. Vanessa started working as a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant in August 2021. So far, she says it has been the best experience working with Insurance companies and Attorney’s offices to assist our patients with their bills. Vanessa is also a full-time student at Greenville Tech with a major of Medical Sonography. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family as well as traveling and exploring new places.
Levi Eckert – Senior Massage Therapist
As our senior massage therapist, Levi has been serving Dr. Chapman’s patients for over 7 years now. Born and raised in Berea, South Carolina, he attended Berea High School as well as Greenville Technical College where he received his Massage Therapy Certificate. Levi made the Dean’s list every semester while attending college, and now he has a long list of patients who have been following him for many years and exclusively request him. Levi married his wife Heather in 2016. They currently reside in Berea. Levi employs more trigger point therapeutic techniques and mobilization to treat acute and chronic muscle conditions for both short term relief and long term effects.
Keysha – Massage Therapist
Keysha has over 10 years of experience in massage therapy where her specialties are stretching and deep tissue. She made the Dean’s List at Virginia College where she earned her Associate of Science. A Chapman High school graduate, Keysha was born, raised, and is living in Lyman, SC where she has mothered two children. In her free time, she enjoys managing her homemade bath and beauty product business. As a previous car accident patient at Carolina Spine & Health herself, Keysha has an exceptional talent and dedication for caring for patients.
Charity Smith – Massage Therapist
Charity was born and raised in Lake City, South Carolina. She attended Greenville Technical College where she completed the Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork program in one year. During that year she also completed a semester internship at Clemson University specializing in deep tissue sports massage. Upon graduation, she went straight into chiropractic care as she has seen that the combination of Chiropractic adjustment and massage therapy yields the best results. Charity enjoys helping others, and in her free time she helps conduct an after-school music program with kids at Spartanburg Prep.
