Valentina Zapata serves as a Front Desk Coordinator at Carolina Spine & Health and is often one of the first friendly faces patients encounter when visiting the office. Born in Morristown, New Jersey, and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient. Valentina assists with scheduling, answers questions, and helps ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Valentina is able to connect with and support patients from diverse backgrounds. She especially enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and contributing to a positive and supportive environment for everyone who walks through the doors.
Outside of work, Valentina loves spending time with her family and making lasting memories with her son. She values kindness, teamwork, and helping others, and strives to bring those qualities into her work each day.
